I think that the United States Judicial system truly failed in finding justice for the deaths in the Zeigler furniture store. I watched a segment on the Tommy Zeigler case on Spike's Unsolved Mysteries. I could not believe all of the opposing evidence that was simply overlooked and from my understanding it seemed the judge himself had a personal issue against Zeigler. This man needs justice--in my opinion he is the victim of the worst possible crime. This is a man who extended himself when others would not to the black community. He is clearly someone who is empathetic and he even has passed a lie detector test to further prove his innocence. I would like to know anything I can possible do to help in the case of Mr. Zeigler because it would be a terrible atrocity to allow a man to be condemned to death for a crime he did NOT commit. The evidence speaks for himself. Allow this man an appeal at least! Too much evidence was ignored and the two guns used to kill Eunice Zeigler and the others were not registered to Mr.Zeigler and in fact belonged to another man. Why are we not investigating the right people? It seems like the police went by inconclusive evidence to portray this man as a serial killer. Justice needs to be served and Tommy Zeigler needs to be set free. I do not know if he is aware of this site or is told the content of it but I would personally like to tell him that regardless of what happens I believe in his innocence and it seems that many other people will be sympathetic to his case. I am so sorry that this has happened to him and I would also like to express my condolences towards the death of his wife Eunice. I hope that one day Tommy Zeigler will walk free and be able to enjoy the rest of his life as a free man.
